NOTES
The Duet for Violin and Cello was completed in the fall of 1998. It was later revisited and used as raw material for the orchestra piece, Vortices.
The recording of the Allegro movement has been truncated due to degradation of the original recording medium. Cast in a rondo form, the recording trails off right at the top of the "C" section — which reflects some of the material of the Lento movement — before returning to the top and closing out the piece.
